Details of skills and employment support
programmes in Lancashire

The Project Directory will help you find details of current projects that help Lancashire businesses inspire people, recruit, improve workforce skills, create new jobs, tap into sources of skilled workers and improve skills in their industry.

To help you see which projects meet your business needs we have produced an overview of all the employer facing opportunities, this can be found here: Lancashire Employer Support Projects and within our support document  which aims to help employers understand the funded programmes available to them, so they can decide which would be best suited to their business. Please find this here: Lancashire Employer Facing Offer- October 2021

There are also a number of projects which support Lancashire residents on their journey back into employment, by employers offering them work placements or volunteer opportunities, details of these can be found on the Skills for Work website.
