What are the benefits?

The project offers dedicated support to the AEM SME sector through information, workforce planning and flexible skills and staff development opportunities.  It responds to the demands of AEM’s for new curriculum development meeting their business need.

Who is it for?

EnginE is co-designed by industry and education partners, including Lancaster University, Blackpool & Fylde College, Blackburn College, Northwest Aerospace Alliance and Northern Automotive Alliance and is funded by the European Social Fund.
