EnginE provides dedicated support to advanced engineering and manufacturing SME’s, through free skills planning expertise, taster sessions, masterclasses and skills champions, so that you can see the impact skills can have in future proofing your business success and productivity.

EnginE’s unique model addresses staff issues affecting profitability and productivity: developing the skills to maximise new digital technologies; attract and retain the right staff; upskill existing team members; and succession planning.
Who is it for?
Delivered by Lancaster University Management School, Blackburn College, Blackpool & the Fylde College, North West Aerospace Alliance, and the North West Automotive Alliance, it is funded by the European Social Fund.
