Employment & Skills Coordinator (Social Value)
Leigh is Lancashire LEP Social Value Employment and Skills Coordinator. He is responsible for embedding social value, working proactively with the Skills Hub team, Lancashire County Council, the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership and wider authorities, employers, providers and partners.
Leigh has worked in a range of sectors focussing on roles that have supported the socio-economic development of people, places and communities. Leigh has experience in local government, transport, further education and most recently worked in Social Housing where he won several awards for his work around embedding social value into procurement, partnerships and capital projects.
