Lisa Moizer

Manager and Co-ordinator of the Lancashire Skills Hub

Lisa began in her role as Manager and Co-ordinator of the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub in August 2015, and co-ordinates the development and implementation of a Lancashire Skills and Employment Strategic Framework for Lancashire, reporting to the Lancashire LEP Skills and Employment Board. Lisa leads on apprenticeship growth and reforms for the LEP along with leading the Skills Partnerships which address each of Lancashire’s priority sectors.

Lisa has over 13 years’ experience of working in the skills and employment sector. Before joining the Hub, Lisa was the Strategic Partnerships and Operations Lead of the Greater Manchester European Social Fund (ESF) programme to re-engage young people into education or employment. Prior to this, Lisa was a Strategy and Project Manager at Lancashire County Council and a Partnership Manager at Lancashire Learning and Skills Council (LSC).
