City Deal Employment Hub Coordinator
Martin has strong track record in the construction sector having previously worked for Balfour Beatty Investments in the position of Regeneration Performance Manager for an 8 year period prior to taking up his current post with the Employment and Skills Hub.
During this period Martin gained experience working on a range of projects in the infrastructure, education, healthcare, regeneration and housing sectors through all stages of the project cycle, from bid stage through to operational phase.
Martin is currently working across Lancashire Enterprise Partnerships City Deal and Growth Deal project portfolio to help ensure that the benefits of these once in a lifetime investments are retained within the local economy through job creation, apprenticeships and local procurement opportunities.
