Sankara joined the Lancashire Skills Hub in September 2017 and she is a passionate, hard-working and organised individual. She is a responsible team player who can easily adjust to any challenging circumstances. She arranges and coordinates meetings with a wide range of partners from business, public bodies and the third sector, and administers the financial and funding processes for the team. Not only does she have the ability to operate well both independently and in a collaborative setting, but she can also stay on task and meet deadlines when under pressure. She supports the entire team to ensure the smooth-running of the business.
