Age of Opportunity
Are you over 50? Would you like to work, gain new skills or be self-employed? If you are over 50 and unemployed or economically inactive, the Age of Opportunity project offers free support based on your needs and interests.
Are you out of work? Do you face multiple and complex barriers to employment or training? Changing Futures supports people to engage in work or learning by overcoming problems associated with disadvantage.
Invest in Youth
Are you 15–24, out of work and not in training? Invest in Youth offers free support based around your needs and interests to help you earn and learn.
Journey2Work has been designed to support unemployed people into sustainable employment. Working closely with employers Journey2Work will help you recruit and retain the right people for your business.
More Positive Together
Need to recruit staff but find it hard to find the right people with the right skills? If so then you need to tap into More Positive Together (MPT) which is uniquely placed, through our social housing partners to target unemployed people living in social housing and support them in gaining relevant skills for employment.

Workfit Women provides a holistic package of employment support activities to women throughout Lancashire who are not in employment and who are experiencing two or more barriers to employment, training or job search.
