Project Officer (Digital)

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub team and support the Lancashire Digital Skills Partnership’s projects including the scaling up of the MOD Digital Skills for Defence STEM and Digital Bursary Scheme. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive person who is a skilled communicator. We need someone who can quickly build rapport and relationships with the key people involved in project delivery and support and manage successful delivery of projects, activities and events. We are also looking for someone who is conscientious and detailed.

Your role will be within the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub Team. You will join our collaborative and supportive team who work in partnership with a wide range of organisations across Lancashire and Nationally. We are a friendly team who want to make a difference to the people and businesses of Lancashire.

The post will support the Digital Skills Partnership Coordinator, working closely with another Project Officer (Digital), to further the work of the Lancashire Digital Skills Partnership (LDSP) and meet the objectives of the Lancashire Skills and Employment Strategic Framework by supporting the projects and activities of the partnership. There will be a specific focus on the delivery of the MOD Digital Skills for Defence STEM and Digital Bursary Scheme contract but a wider involvement in the activity of the LDSP will be required.
