Connect to Work

A free support programme helping people in Lancashire overcome barriers to employment or stay in work through personalised, expert guidance.

Connect to Work is a voluntary programme that helps individuals to overcome barriers to employment and move closer to finding meaningful, sustainable work

Funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), it also provides support for those in work but at risk of losing their job, helping them to retain their employment.

It’s part of a national plan to help more people get into work by offering the right support, at the right time, in the right place. The Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub runs the programme locally with help from experts in supported employment.

If you or someone you know is struggling to find work or finding it difficult to stay in work because of a disability, long-term health condition or other barrier, Connect to Work can help. Let’s talk!
