Lancaster Teaching Block

University of Cumbria

The Lancaster Teaching Block is a £9m facility with 10 large classrooms and 220 seat lecture theatre.

The new facility provides capacity to train an additional 580 students, helping to meet the demand for health and social care services in Lancashire, which is increasing all the time due to an ageing population and improving life expectancy, with the result that some vacancies are getting harder and harder to fill.

Businesses looking to enagage students or utilise the facilities should contact Paul Armstrong, Enterprise and Innovation Lead on 01228 888743 (paul.armstrong@cumbria.ac.uk).
