Our objectives within the Inclusive Workforce strategic theme are:
- Improve the employability, skills of unemployed and inactive adults and support progression into learning, volunteering and work
- Facilitate routes into employment through sector specific initiatives targeted at areas with labour market demand
- Raise digital skills to improve social mobility and engagement with public services, and to increase employability
- Ensure social value is embedded into LEP and Local Authority commissioning, procurement and planning processes to gain added value for Lancashire
