The Project Directory will help you find details of  and signpost you to the current skills support projects that help Lancashire businesses inspire people, recruit, improve workforce skills, create new jobs, tap into sources of skilled workers and improve skills in their industry.

Boost is Lancashire's business growth hub, helping growth-hungry businesses in the county realise their potential by providing simple access to a range of leading-edge funded business support programmes.

Building Successful Futures

This project offers partially-funded support to boost skills in businesses. Building Successful Futures will help businesses to upskill the workforce through a wide range of different programmes.

Business Health Matters

The Business Health Matters project will support businesses in the county to improve the physical and mental health of their employees, so that staff are happier, healthier and more resilient.

Help Young People Get Work Ready

Share your career journey and insights with young people in schools and colleges in your local community. Your unique industry knowledge and experience as someone who owns or works for a business can make a difference to the options a young person considers for their careers. You could be the person who changes the life of a young person, just by showing them what is possible.

Upskilling the Health and Social Care Work Force Across Lancashire

The purpose of the project is to bring together ‘support, training and future proofing’ for the workforce of small and medium sized enterprises (less than 250 employees) across private and social enterprise sectors throughout Lancashire, who contribute towards improving people’s health.
