Fahad Shamsuddin

Apprentice Project Officer (Connect to Work)

Fahad joined the team in January 2026 as an Apprentice Project Officer for Connect to Work, a voluntary supported employment programme funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Connect to Work supports people with disabilities, health conditions, or complex barriers to find and sustain meaningful employment. As an aspiring project manager, Fahad is working towards becoming fully qualified through his apprenticeship while supporting the effective delivery of the programme.

Prior to joining Connect to Work, Fahad graduated with a degree in Business Management and Japanese, which included a year living in Japan as part of his studies. His academic background and international experience inspired his interest in people-focused projects and cross‑cultural collaboration. Fahad is driven by the opportunity to make a positive difference and finds great satisfaction in supporting others to overcome barriers and progress in their lives.

Outside of work, Fahad enjoys playing sports such as football and badminton, and he is an enthusiastic Formula 1 fan.
