Project Officer Skills Bootcamps

Helen joined the Lancashire Skills Hub team as a Project Officer for Skills Bootcamps, supporting the delivery of training programmes across Lancashire. In her role, she works with training providers, employers and partners to coordinate delivery, monitor performance and ensure programmes meet local skills needs.

Prior to this, Helen worked across the Growth Company, Lancaster University and Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership on a range of publicly funded skills and business support programmes. She brings experience in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and supporting individuals and businesses to access training and development opportunities.
