Tracey Wilkinson

Compliance Officer

Tracey joined the Lancashire Skills Hub in July 2026, bringing with her almost 30 years of experience in further education, training, compliance, and learner support. As Compliance Officer, she works closely with delivery partners to ensure that Lancashire Adult Skills Fund (ASF) programmes are delivered to the highest standards and remain fully compliant with funding requirements.

Prior to joining the Lancashire Skills Hub, Tracey co-owned and served as Operations Director at PaintTech Training Academy for 10 years. During this time, she oversaw curriculum administration, compliance, and operational functions, supporting more than 700 adult learners each year through accredited short courses. She also provided Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and funding support to learners, helping them access and succeed in training opportunities.

Before this, Tracey spent 18 years at Preston College in a variety of curriculum administration roles, with a particular focus on Construction and Engineering programmes. Her experience also included learner tracking, data management, and compliance, providing her with a strong foundation in the further education and skills sector.

Outside of work, Tracey is a published children’s author and enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending quality time with her family.
