Skills & Economic Intelligence Officer

Andy joined the Lancashire Skills Hub in December 2024 and is responsible for collecting, enhancing and analyzing data concerning skills, employment, and the wider economy in Lancashire.

Prior to this Andy had over a decade of experience working in the Financial Services sector designing, building and maintaining data warehouse and reporting solutions for a national insurance broker.   Along side this he also worked on streamlining processes through the creation of bespoke software solutions and the use of robotic process automation.

In his spare time Andy enjoys cooking, drawing and is interested in maker culture working on electronics projects, building IOT devices and integrating those into opensource software.
