Stephen Norman

Since June 2023, Stephen has supported the Lancashire Skills Hub in delivery of Skills Bootcamps – a Department for Education funded programme giving Lancashire residents aged 19 or over the skills needed to enter high-growth, high demand sectors, with a fast-track to an interview with a local employer.

Prior to this role, he worked for the English Football League Community Trust for over 10 years. Leading on Programme Development, Quality Assurance and Youth Engagement across multiple local, regional and national projects. Stephen also has extensive experience working with Young People in and Leaving Care.

In his spare time Stephen enjoys Travel, Football and Golf.
