Dawn Werra

Project Coordinator

Dawn Werra joined the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub in April 2026 as a Project Coordinator. In her role, she supports employers across Lancashire with impartial advice and guidance on apprenticeships, including the Lancashire Young Apprentice Grant and other employer incentives.

Dawn is committed to supporting employers with clear advice and guidance on all apprenticeship opportunities across all sectors, helping them build skills, develop their workforce and navigate apprenticeship funding with confidence.

She brings over 22 years of experience from the NHS, where she worked as an Apprenticeship Lead, building expertise in employer engagement and providing expert support to employers, learners and stakeholders.
