Isaac Obeng-Amoako

Project Officer Skills Bootcamps

Isaac joined the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub in May 2026 to support the delivery of Skills Bootcamps, helping Lancashire residents develop skills, progress in work, and access opportunities in high‑growth sectors. He works closely with funded training providers to support high‑quality delivery, robust data returns, and the effective use of public funding, in line with programme and assurance requirements.

Before joining the Hub, Isaac worked in skills intelligence and data analytics, supporting post‑16 skills analysis at Greater Manchester Combined Authority and developing the University of Salford Library’s first end‑to‑end collection performance analytics system.

Outside of work, he’s a Manchester City supporter and enjoys road trips and football usually when results are favourable.
