Project Officer (Digital)
Caitlin joined the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub in November 2025 and supports the Lancashire Digital Skills Partnership in delivering key initiatives such as the Digital Skills for Defence STEM and Digital Bursary Scheme, contributing to the wider objectives of the Lancashire Skills and Employment Strategic Framework. She brings extensive experience in designing and delivering innovative programmes that connect education, industry, and communities to drive measurable impact.
Prior to this role, Caitlin managed multi-stakeholder Digital Skills Bootcamps across Lancashire and Cumbria. Her work achieved national recognition for innovation, including a UK Dev Award in 2024.
Passionate about upskilling Lancashire and empowering underrepresented groups in the tech space, Caitlin champions inclusive and accessible learning opportunities. She has implemented gender-sensitive recruitment strategies, neurodiverse-friendly learning environments, and community engagement initiatives that open doors for all.
Outside of work Caitlin enjoys sewing her handmade wardrobe, gardening, and wild swimming.
