Nicola Lee
Nicola joined the team as the Multiply Project Manager in December 2023. Multiply is a Department for Education funded project to provide free support in numeracy for everyday life and work to residents over the age of 19 in Lancashire. Multiply providers across Lancashire deliver courses to help residents in topics such as personal budgeting, numeracy skills to get into specific career sectors, identifying hidden numeracy in hobbies such as baking or crafts, and much more. The Multiply project is very flexible and allows providers and participants to improve their numeracy skills and confidence where they need it most.
Prior to this role, Nicola worked at Lancashire Adult Learning, which is part of the Nelson and Colne College Group. Nicola worked closely with partners to offer bespoke provision to Lancashire’s adults, supporting them to with their wellbeing and employment outcomes.
Nicola enjoys travelling, and has lived in Australia and Vietnam, where she taught English as a Second Language.
