Project Officer - Adults Skills Fund
Charlotte joined the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub in July 2026 as a Project Officer for the Adult Skills Fund, where she supports the delivery of adult learning opportunities across Lancashire. Working closely with training providers and partners, she helps ensure programmes are delivered effectively, meet funding requirements, and achieve positive outcomes for learners.
With over 20 years of experience across the Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) sectors, Charlotte has held a range of senior leadership and project management roles focused on skills, employability and workforce development. She has successfully led and delivered large-scale programmes funded through both the European Social Fund (ESF) and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), working collaboratively with employers, training providers, local authorities and community partners. Her expertise includes strategic programme management, partnership development, stakeholder engagement and delivering positive outcomes that support learners, employers and local economic growth.
