Project Officer (Skills Bootcamps)

Tom joined the Lancashire Skills Hub in early 2025 to support the delivery of Skills Bootcamps – a Department for Education funded programme aimed at equipping Lancashire residents aged 19 and over with the skills needed for high-growth, high-demand sectors, offering a fast-track to an interview with local employers.

Before joining the Hub, Tom spent nearly a decade in the legal sector, holding various roles including Case Management, Operational Management, and Project Management. He also served as a director of a legal tech company for four years and worked as a self-employed Operations and Project Management consultant, providing guidance and support to various organisations. Additionally, Tom is a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce).

In his spare time, Tom enjoys Formula 1, football, and travelling.
