Lois brings 15 years of experience as a nurse within the NHS. Her career has been rooted in patient-centred care, health promotion, and a genuine passion for supporting others to lead healthier lives.

Now in this role, Lois is excited to connect people to meaningful work and promote employment as a positive health outcome. She believes strongly in the power of work to improve both mental and physical wellbeing and is committed to helping individuals thrive through purposeful opportunities.

Outside of work, Lois enjoys spending quality time with her family and unwinding through PC gaming.
