Lisa O’Loughlin
Principal and CEO
Lisa O’Loughlin is the Principal and CEO of Nelson and Colne College Group. She has a wealth of experience within the Further Education Sector having joined NCCG from the LTE Group, where she was Principal of The Manchester College and Deputy CEO at LTE. Lisa has an impressive array of experience within the sector, particularly in systems leadership and the co-creation of education systems in partnership with civic leaders, employers and provider groups. Lisa has spent the last 10 years in Greater Manchester, where in addition to her role at the LTE Group, she chaired the Greater Manchester Colleges Group, working alongside the Mayoral Combined Authority, to develop an integrated Technical Education Strategy for the region. Lisa has also previously worked in East Lancashire, as Deputy Principal of Blackburn College between 2007 and 2013. Lisa is dedicated to ensuring that all learners, at all levels and ages, are able to access only the very best academic opportunities or the technical skills and experience needed to compete well in the world of work.
