Adult Skills Fund Project Manager
Lauren is the Project Manager for the Adult Skills Fund, and is responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of Lancashire’s devolved adult skills provision. Working closely with training providers and partners, she supports the delivery of high-quality learning opportunities that align with local skills needs and contribute to Lancashire’s economic growth ambitions.
Previously, Lauren was the Strategic Partnership Manager for Adults at the Skills Hub, leading initiatives to support residents into employment, improve digital skills, and embed social value across Lancashire. Before joining the Hub, she managed adult skills and community learning partnerships at Lancashire Adult Learning, working with partners to develop learning opportunities that supported individuals and communities across the county.
