Strategic Partnership Manager
Lauren joined the team as the Strategic Partnership Manager – Adults in January 2023. In this role, Lauren’s responsible for developing and embedding the Inclusive Workface theme of the Strategic Framework to support unemployed and economically inactive residents into sustainable employment, driving up digital skills and embedding social value to level up Lancashire and accelerate inclusive growth.
Prior to this role, Lauren managed the adult skills and community learning partnerships at Lancashire Adult Learning. Lauren supported adult communities across Lancashire by liaising with partners to identify areas of development and offered tailored provision that positively impacted both social development and employment outcomes.
